Plaza West Healthcare & Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat residents with various disabilities, developing care plans under physician orders and guiding families in adaptive equipment usage.

You will document patient records, devise treatment tools, and ensure forms comply with state and federal regulations while supporting a compliant, private care environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy (as required by state law).
• Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred.
• State-approved certification to provide advanced treatments where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Under a physician's orders, screens and evaluates residents/patients and develops care plans.
• Instructs residents, families, and caregivers in adaptive equipment use.
• Maintains patient records in an accurate, timely manner.
• Devises tools and treatments for patient needs.
• Completes required forms and documents per policy and regulations.
