Job summary

West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team. The OT will develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, addressing a wide range of physical and cognitive needs to promote independence and quality of life.

In this full-time role, you will work across inpatient and outpatient settings, conducting assessments, delivering therapeutic activities, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other therapists

About the Role:
