Apploi seeks an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat residents and patients with disabling conditions, improving daily living and work abilities in line with federal and state guidelines. You will work under physician orders to assess needs and create care plans, and you will also train families and caregivers in using adaptive equipment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current license in Occupational Therapy (if required by state law).
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
• State approved certification to provide advanced level treatments where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Screen and evaluate residents/patients under a physician's orders and develop a care plan.
• Instruct residents, families, and caregivers in adaptive equipment use (wheelchairs, splints, aids for eating/dressing).
• Maintain patient records accurately and timely.
• Devise special tools and treatments for patients' needs.
• Complete required forms and documents per company policy and state/federal regulations.
