Job summary

West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Philadelphia is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary team. You will develop and implement individualized plans of care for residents, assessing a wide range of conditions to help them regain independence and improve quality of life.

This full-time role combines inpatient and outpatient settings. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care staff, document progress, and tailor interventions with exercises

About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at West Park, you'll work with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care for our residents. You'll assess and treat residents with a wide range of conditions, from injury and illness to cognitive and physical impairments. Your expertise in occupational therapy will enable you to help our residents regain independence, build confidence, and improve overall quality of life. This is a full-time position with a mix of inpatient and outpatient settings.
