Pride-Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled OT services in Enumclaw, WA. You will evaluate patients, plan and discharge plans, and deliver therapy to improve independence in daily living skills. Collaboration with care teams and families is essential to ensure quality care.
Responsibilities include documenting accurately, supervising COTAs, and adhering to facility guidelines and regulations. Requires MOT/OTD and active WA OT license or ability to obtain.
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.Responsibilities:• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans• Document services accurately and timely• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standardsQualifications:• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
