Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking skilled occupational therapists to provide therapy services in accordance with state regulations and facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, create treatment and discharge plans, and help improve patients' daily living skills.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, supervising COTAs, and ensuring safety compliance. Applicants should be graduates of accredited Occupational Therapy programs and hold an active state OT license or be able to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
