Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas to evaluate and treat patients per physician orders, and to develop individualized treatment and discharge plans. You will document services accurately and timely, and supervise COTAs according to regulations.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and families, you will help ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while supporting quality patient outcomes in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
