Job summary

Parkside Care Limited in Union Gap, WA is seeking an Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) for part-time and PRN shifts. The position offers a pay range of $60.00 - $68.00 per hour, DOE, with on-site duties at 308 W. Emma St., Union Gap, WA 98903.

You will provide professional clinical OT services, educate staff, supervise programs, and work with interdisciplinary teams. Qualifications include a valid Washington OT license in good standing and preferred experience in a skilled nursing

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Washington OT license in good standing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Specialize in hand therapy, ergonomics, neuro rehabilitation, or geriatric OT.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional clinical OT services.

What you will do:

• Provide professional clinical services


• Carry out education and training activities, clinical consultation, supervision, and administration


• Demonstrate professional knowledge and skills in applying a wide range of theories, principles, and methodologies of occupational therapy


• Collaborate with other members of the Interdisciplinary treatment teams

Must have:

• Must have valid Washington OT license that is in good standing


• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred


• Specialize in content areas such as hand specialty ergonomics, blind/visual rehabilitation assistance technology, functional capacity examination, polytrauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, geriatrics, mental health, driver rehabilitation, home based primary care, etc.
