Job summary

Puget Sound Care in Olympia, WA is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role with a pay range of $60.00–$65.00 per hour. The successful candidate will provide professional clinical services and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation.

Must hold a valid Washington PT license and have SNF experience; opportunities for education, leadership, and ongoing development are offered within the Caldera Care family.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Washington PT license in good standing.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Specialize in content areas such as hand therapy, ergonomics, geriatrics, and related rehab fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional clinical services.
• Carry out education and training activities, clinical consultation, supervision, and administration.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills across a wide range of physical therapy theories and methods.

What you will do:

• Provide professional clinical services
• Carry out education and training activities, clinical consultation, supervision, and administration
• Demonstrate professional knowledge and skills in applying a wide range of theories, principles, and methodologies of occupational therapy
• Collaborate with other members of the Interdisciplinary treatment teams

Must have:

• Must have valid Washington PT license that is in good standing
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Specialize in content areas such as hand specialty ergonomics, blind/visual rehabilitation assistance technology, functional capacity examination, polytrauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, geriatrics, mental health, driver rehabilitation, home based primary care, etc.
