Job summary

Puget Sound Care, part of the Caldera Care family, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time on-site role in Olympia, WA. The successful candidate will provide professional OT services, participate in education and training activities, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ recovery and well-being.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus or tuition reimbursement, paid quarterly in the first year, and a competitive pay range of $50.00–$57.00 per hour DOE,

Qualifications

• Must have valid Washington OT license in good standing.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Specialize in content areas such as hand specialty ergonomics, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional clinical services.
• Carry out education and training activities, clinical consultation, supervision, and administration.
• Demonstrate professional knowledge and skills in applying occupational therapy theories and methodologies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplin­ary treatment teams.

What you will do:

• Provide professional clinical services
• Carry out education and training activities, clinical consultation, supervision, and administration
• Demonstrate professional knowledge and skills in applying a wide range of theories, principles, and methodologies of occupational therapy
• Collaborate with other members of the Interdisciplinary treatment teams

Must have:

• Must have valid Washington OT license that is in good standing

• Specialize in content areas such as hand specialty ergonomics, blind/visual rehabilitation assistance technology, functional capacity examination, polytrauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, geriatrics, mental health, driver rehabilitation, home based primary care, etc.
