Parkside Care Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time NOC shift at our Parkside Care facility in Union Gap, WA. Location: 308 W. Emma St., Union Gap, WA 98903.

Pay range shown is $42.00–$56.45 per hour depending on experience, with a $7,000 sign-on bonus paid in quarterly installments in year one. We offer a full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision), a 401k plan, Life and Disability Insurance, and Paid Time Off.

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administer, observe, and record medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms and general condition of patient.
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
