Job summary

Parkside Care Limited is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to assess, plan, and implement patient-centered physical therapy in our Union Gap facility. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and a focus on improving mobility and function for residents.

Candidates must hold a Washington PT license in good standing. Prior SNF experience is preferred, with a compassionate, forward-thinking approach and strong communication skills. Full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses.
• Devise creative, effective, team-based treatment plans in accordance with physician orders.
• Combine evidence-based physical therapy practice philosophies to ensure the best clinical outcomes for patients.
• Motivate patients to restore their physical function and mobility.
