Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Fort Worth, TX area. You will provide client-centered, functional therapy beyond the clinic setting to help clients work toward real-life goals.

This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with no evenings, weekends or holidays, 1:1 therapy in real-life settings such as stores and workplaces, a balanced caseload, and collaboration with a supportive rehab team for growth and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current, unrestricted occupational therapy license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of one year experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Regularly reassess progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct discharge planning and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate client needs and progress to the treatment team and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
