Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver client-centered therapy beyond clinic settings, helping clients achieve real-life goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of OT work experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological diagnoses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
