Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our Hastings, MI team. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations, document findings, and craft treatment plans with clear goals and modalities.

Collaboration with physicians ensures appropriate orders and patient progress. We offer schedule flexibility, online CEU credits, a 401K match, referral bonuses, and an immigration program.

Qualifications

• Must have an active OT license in the state (MI).
• NBCOT certification preferred/required where state mandates.
• Graduated from an accredited OT program recognized by AOTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings timely on standardized forms and guidelines.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with short/long-term goals, frequency and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver patient-centered therapy and adjust as clinically indicated.
