Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing team in Hastings, MI. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations and develop treatment plans, ensuring MD orders are obtained and documentation is precise.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered as an Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Qualified candidates hold NBCOT OTR certification where required by state.
• Active state license/registration for OT is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized forms accurately and promptly.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency and duration.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges.
• Deliver treatment using modalities and adjust as clinically indicated.
