Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - PT to join our growing team in Michigan. You’ll provide comprehensive OT services, base your work on MD orders, and help patients improve daily functioning.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by relevant boards.
• NBCOT-OTR certification (state may require).
• Current OT license/registration in-state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized forms timely and accurately.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency and duration.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatments using modalities and adjust as needed with safety precautions.
