Job summary

Rehab Advisors, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their in-house therapy program in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

As a Part-Time OT, you will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while ensuring regulatory documentation and physician orders are current.

New grads welcome; NBCOT certification may be required by state; must hold a valid OT license to practice.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification (OTR) if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
