Job summary

Rehab Advisors is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join an in-house therapy program within a skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; develop personalized care plans; collaborate with the care team; and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements, ensuring physician orders are current.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• New grads welcome
