Rehab Advisors, an in-house management client of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility setting. Join a trusted therapy organization with 30+ years of excellence in care and team development.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with the team, and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if state requires.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
