Rehab Advisors is hiring an Occupational Therapist - PT to join their client’s in-house therapy program within a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality care and supporting professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA/ACOTE-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by state.
• Current state license to practice Occupational Therapy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.

What You'll Do:
