Job summary

Rehab Advisors, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join their in-house therapy program in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

As a full-time OT, you will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an AOTA‑accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if state requires.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome

Responsibilities
