Job summary

Rehab Advisors By Enhance Therapies is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting in Rhode Island. This in-house opportunity emphasizes patient-centered care and professional growth within a leading therapy organization.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. New grads are welcomed to apply.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current or eligible state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT certification if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and on file.

What You'll Do:

Qualifications:
