Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and treat patients in assisted living and outpatient settings.
• Manage scheduling and administrative tasks as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Provide support and mentorship to local clinical teams.

Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient,

Lovely Community - Work with higher functioning residents

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings
