Aegis Therapies in White Bear Lake is hiring a Rehab Program Manager - Outpatient PT for a full-time role. You will lead clinical care for residents and coordinate schedules across settings, while developing leadership skills as a dependable go-to person for residents, staff, and management.

The position emphasizes relationship building, patient-focused care, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient clinics.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• As the lead in the building, you will treat patients.
• Schedule and coordinate patient care activities.
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager and support administrative tasks.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings

Pay Range: 40.00 to 47.00
