Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager to oversee the outpatient physical therapy program at The Crossing at Wilmar in Wilmar, MN. This part-time role (20–25 hours weekly) offers a people-focused environment with no weekends or evenings, and a competitive hourly rate.

You will lead on-site, coordinate scheduling, and serve as a liaison for the Area Manager, while delivering high-quality patient care and developing leadership skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.
