Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Program Manager for Outpatient services (Physical Therapist) at the Shorewood Senior Campus in Rochester, MN. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, patient care, and building strong relationships with residents and staff.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends or evenings, offering work-life balance. As the go-to person on the team, you will lead clinical operations, coordinate scheduling, and liaise with the Area Manager while advancing your leadership

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-building operations with scheduling and liaison for Area Manager.
• Provide patient care in outpatient and senior care settings.
• Develop relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure quality care.
