Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Program Manager for Outpatient Occupational Therapy in Minnesota. In this role you’ll lead patient care while developing leadership skills and serving as the go-to liaison for residents, staff, and the Area Manager.

You’ll work in a supportive environment with a flexible schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends or evenings, across Assisted Living and Outpatient clinics. Licensed therapists or eligible assistants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the building, treating patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling and liaison for Area Manager.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth operations.
• Act as point of contact for residents, families, and staff to support program goals.
