Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Ohio is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN daytime shifts, including weekends. You’ll deliver high-quality occupational therapy, maintain the same clinical standards as our full-time team, and choose when you work.

You will assess patients, develop and adjust treatment plans to improve functional independence, document progress, educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety, and collaborate with a leadership team of experienced

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
