Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN daytime shifts in Cold Spring, KY. You will maintain continuity of care, apply clinical expertise, and work with a leadership team that supports flexible scheduling.

Your role includes evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating families on adaptive equipment and home safety. A Master's/Doctorate in OT with current KY license and NBCOT is required, with 1 year of experience

Formación

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
