Job summary

StaffingSoft, Inc. is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cold Spring, KY. We offer daytime PRN scheduling with continuity of care aligned to our full-time standard and a supportive leadership group to maintain consistent clinical practice.

The role emphasizes evaluating, planning, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on home safety and adaptive equipment. KY licensure and NBCOT certification are required, with 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license and NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and updates plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required

• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required

• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence

• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
