Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Ohio is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to evaluate and develop treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence. You will document patient progress and adjust plans based on outcomes, while educating patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety.

The role requires an OT license (NBCOT) and a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy; 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
