Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a PRN role based at Heritage Hall Clintwood, Clintwood, VA. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and educate families on home safety and adaptive equipment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
