Job summary

Anova Care is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our home health program. The OT will deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes, conducting assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.

This role emphasizes collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams, with a focus on documentation, compliance, and outcomes in EMR systems. PRN, pay-per-visit arrangements are available, offering flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• 1–3 years clinical experience in home health, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills.
• Knowledge of home health regulations and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload.
• Availability during business hours with occasional after-hours/weekend coverage.

Pay: $70.00 to $130.00
