Job summary

Anova Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our growing home health team. If you are passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life, we would love to hear from you.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans, deliver home-based therapies, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and document outcomes in the EMR while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• 1-3 years of clinical experience in home health, outpatient, or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
• Knowledge of home health regulations and documentation requirements
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload

Responsibilities

Schedule

PRN | Pay-Per-Visit

Flexible scheduling with availability during business hours and occasional after-hours/weekend coverage.

Pay

$70 - $130 per visit
