Job summary

Anova Care in Colorado Springs is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing home health program. You will evaluate patients in their homes, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled OT interventions with documentation in the EMR.

The role is PRN, pay-per-visit, offering a flexible schedule with vehicle reimbursement and 401K. A current OT license, a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, and 1–3 years of home health or related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• 1–3 years clinical experience in home health, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills.
• Knowledge of home health regulations and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload.
• Availability during business hours with occasional after-hours/weekend coverage.

Key Responsibilities
