Job summary

Anova Care in Colorado is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our growing home health program. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized OT treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy in the home setting.

This PRN, pay-per-visit role requires licensure, a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, and 1–3 years in home health or rehab. You’ll collaborate with families and care teams, document progress, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• 1–3 years clinical experience in home health, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills.
• Knowledge of home health regulations and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload.
• Availability during business hours with occasional after-hours/weekend coverage.
