Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks an Occupational Therapist for services across East Lake Nursing, Elkhart Meadows, and Riverside Village. This role offers a flexible schedule and compensation of $60/hr, with opportunities to work across multiple local ASC facilities.

You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, supervise COTAs, and collaborate with therapy leadership to ensure high-quality care for senior residents. State regulatory compliance is required and valued.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with Indiana licensure (or eligible)
• Experience supervising COTA(s) preferred
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans for seniors
