Job summary

American Senior Communities in the Greater Indianapolis area is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team. The OT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, discharge plans, and supervise COTA therapists, while contributing to case management and coordination with center staff.

The role emphasizes adherence to state regulations and building positive relationships with residents and colleagues across ASC facilities. Flexible PRN coverage supports various shifts and schedules.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Indiana.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans within ASC policies.
• Ensure discharge planning aligns with patient goals and center protocols.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide quality OT care.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Develop discharge plans for patients.
• Supervise COTA therapists.

The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within the policies and procedures.

• Evaluate patients and provides quality patient care
