Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled OT services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings in the Greater Indianapolis area.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise COTA, contribute to case management, and ensure compliance with state regulations while working with a team of licensed therapists and center staff.

The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within the policies and procedures.
