Job summary

American Senior Communities' Hickory Creek Winamac and Hickory Creek Rochester are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled OT services across our campuses. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and supervise COTAs, contributing to patient care and therapy outcomes.

You will collaborate with licensed therapists and therapy directors, support senior residents, and ensure compliance with state regulations while enjoying flexible PRN shifts that fit your

The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within the policies and procedures.
