Chandler Post Acute and Rehabilitation in Chandler, AZ is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team. You will deliver skilled, medically necessary therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and support geriatric patients in recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments with supervising OT.
• Report treatment outcomes and effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
