Westside Children's Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work with pediatric clients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting in the United States. The role focuses on sensory integration, feeding therapy, and mental health support, with guidance from a team of SLPs, PTs, counselors, and ABA professionals.

You will assess, design interventions, and support families in applying treatment strategies at home, emphasizing fun, client-centered care and therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successfully pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• OT licensure or license eligible in the state of Illinois.

Responsabilités

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment as needed.
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions to develop fine motor, cognition, language, self-care, regulation, and related skills.
• Provide support and guidance to families to foster treatment practices at home.

What Youll Do:

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions that help develop clients fine motor skills, cognition, language skills, self care skills, regulation, and more
• Provide support and guidance to the clients family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment

Qualifications

What Were Looking For:

• Masters or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Successfully pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• OT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
