Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Illinois seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team and deliver specialized pediatric services, including sensory integration and feeding therapy. You’ll assess clients, plan interventions, and guide families to reinforce progress at home and in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successfully pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• OT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary.
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions that help develop client’s fine motor skills, cognition, language skills, self care skills, regulation, and more.
• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment.
