Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist in Winston-Salem, NC to help patients regain independence through self-care and ADLs. You will educate patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and deliver evidence-based care to improve functional outcomes.

The role emphasizes Hands/Upper Extremity/splinting expertise, with licensure and NBCOT registration required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA approved occupational therapy program.
• Must have experience with Hands/Upper Extremity/Splinting.
• State Licensure in occupational therapy; NBCOT registration; BLS certification.

Must have experience with Hands/Upper Extremity/Splinting

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA approved occupational therapy program
• Must have experience with Hands/Upper Extremity/Splinting
• State Licensure in occupational therapy
• Registered with NBCOT
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary : $83,000 - $107,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus : Up to $5,000 available in select locations!
