Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence through self-care and activities of daily living. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based practice and optimal outcomes.

You will deliver high-quality care, establish treatment plans, and educate patients and families while building strong community connections. This role supports professional growth with mentorship and in-house continuing education

Qualifications

• Graduate of AOTA-approved occupational therapy program.
• State licensure in occupational therapy.
• NBCOT registration.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• State Licensurein occupational therapy

• Registered with NBCOT

• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$10,000available in select locations!
