Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy seeks an outpatient Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence through self-care and daily living activities.

You will educate patients, families, and caregivers on daily routines and task adaptations to promote autonomous living. Interdisciplinary collaboration ensures evidence-based practice and optimal outcomes across neuro, ortho, and hand therapy settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA‑approved occupational therapy program.
• State licensure in occupational therapy.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Education

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living.

You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines.

This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $78,000 – $98,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Available in select locations!
