Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence through self-care and daily living activities. You will educate patients, families, and caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

In this role you will develop timely treatment plans, empower patients to reach functional goals, and build strong relationships within the community while adhering to AOTA standards and NBCOT licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program.
• State Licensure in occupational therapy.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Basic Life Support Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'llwork with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assistwith daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.
