PT Solutions in Wisconsin’s Neenah area is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence through self-care and daily living activities. You’ll educate patients, families, and caregivers and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to apply evidence-based practices.

You’ll work with neuro, trauma, ortho, and hand therapy populations, participate in mentorship and in-house continuing education, and enjoy PTO and EIB benefits along with an earnings program.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program.
• State licensure in occupational therapy.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.

Qualifications

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
