Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence through self-care and daily living activities. You will educate patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and apply evidence-based practices to optimize functional outcomes.

You will deliver care, develop timely plans, and foster strong connections with patients and colleagues while engaging with the community to advance quality therapy services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program.
• Must have experience with Hands/Upper Extremity/Splinting.
• State licensure in occupational therapy.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $83,000 - $107,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$5,000available in select locations!
